I have a valid fingerprint clearance card from the Department of Public Safety.
Although these are requirements for a Realtor, I bring these as additional qualifications as a Handyman Professional.

Being a producing realtor like yourself I have a full understanding of the BINSR and how repairs should be completed. Not just completed, but finished with excellence. All repairs are supported with thorough documentation and clear pictures to ensure nothing will get held up at a final walk through prior to closing.
Don’t have a contractor mechanical lockbox on the property, no worries, I have access to the ARMLS Supra Lockboxes. Additionally, you will be notified when I show up and punch out.
